Initiated in 2010, t(r)oma is the electro/ambiant project of Thomas Chauvin.

Influenced by artists like Tim Hecker, Boards of Canada, 36 or Aphex Twin, t(r)oma offers a music combining soundscapes and distant melodies, to shape something aerial, cold or melancholic.

After a long period of inactivity following the launching of a self-produced first EP in august 2010, t(r)oma writes the soundtrack of a short documentary about the painter Ernestine Conrad.

A few months later, he starts the composition of his first album : "Chasing Fireflies".

Initié en 2010, t(r)oma est le projet electro/ambiant de Thomas Chauvin.

Influencé par des artistes tels que Tim Hecker, Boards of Canada, 36 ou Aphex Twin, t(r)oma propose une musique brassant nappes sonores et mélodies lointaines, pour former un tout aérien, froid ou mélancolique.

Après une longue période d'inactivité ayant suivie la sortie d'un premier EP auto-produit en août 2010, t(r)oma compose la bande son d'un court documentaire sur l'artiste peintre Ernestine Conrad.

Quelques mois plus tard, il entame la composition de son premier album : "Chasing Fireflies".
